George Feiser, Senior Pastor

The theme of Pastor George Feiser’s life could best be summed up by the statement, “People need the Lord, and I’ll do whatever it takes to bring Jesus Christ’s message of salvation, hope, and help to the people of Collin County.”
Born in Argentia, Newfoundland, George spent the first eight years of his life traveling the world as a “Navy brat.” His family then returned to the States to resume civilian life in Independence, Missouri, where he grew up and met his wife, Sheryl.

He received his B.A. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1977, and a master’s degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1986. Having received his pastoral training through Great Commission Ministries, he served as co-pastor of Doulos Fellowship in Columbia, Missouri from 1980-1987, and was an assistant pastor of Grace Community Church in Dallas from 1987-1989. He then founded the church, which was first named Grace Community Church in Plano in March 1989 with only twelve people. With his practical, positive, unpretentious, and down-to-earth teaching style, he has grown the church to an attendance of nearly two thousand each weekend. He and his wife, Sheryl, have three grown sons and two daughters-in-law, and they make their home in Plano, Texas.


Kyung Lee, Executive Pastor

Kyung was born in Seoul, South Korea and grew up in Omaha, Nebraska. Kyung received his B.S. and M.S. in electrical engineering from ISU and OSU, respectively. He holds a masters of theology degree and a doctorate in ministry from Dallas Seminary. He and his wife, Lindy live in Allen with their 2 sons. He has pastored at LifePoint since 1996. Pastor Kyung oversees the church staff.


Mike Naber, Worship Pastor

Mike Naber lives in McKinney with his wife, Hope and daughter, Christa. He received a Bachelor of Music from the University of North Texas, and has been involved in ministry since 1991. Pastor Mike oversees the programming of weekend services as well as the music and technical arts teams.


Dennis Tollison, Administration Pastor

Dennis Tollison grew up in a small community in the Texas Panhandle. He and his wife, Sandra live in Allen with their college age sons, Joshua and Jonathan. He holds a BA in History and Business Administration from Texas Tech University, and attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth. He has served as a Pastor in various roles for 20+ years including Children's Pastor, Discipleship Pastor, Student Pastor, & Church Planter. His areas of responsibility at LifePoint are Business Administration and Global Missions. His free time passions are his family, scuba diving, learning/reading, gardening, and technology.


Holly Elliott, Connection and Care Minister

Holly Elliott grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and attended Jacksonville State University, Jacksonville, Alabama where she earned a B.S. in Secondary Education.  She and her husband, Rick, who were high school sweethearts,  have been married 33 years and have enjoyed seeing their two sons, Brandon and Nathan grow into godly young men. In her spare time Holly enjoys reading and working out, and has recently taken up golf in order to spend more leisure time with Rick!

Holly has been a member of LifePoint since 1992, and on staff since 1994.  Her ministry has grown from coordinating the worship services to leading the Membership and Ministry teams.  Holly’s delight is in seeing people come to Grace, accept the Lord, discover how God has uniquely SHAPE’d them for ministry, and then watch them impact God’s family.


Sheryl Pepple, Small Groups Minister

Sheryl moved to Plano in 2001, relocating from Omaha, Nebraska where she earned her B.S. in Management of Human Resources and spent 19 years working for a Fortune 100 insurance company.  Sheryl has served in various church roles:  Small Group leader, MOPs Mentor Mom, Assistant Women’s’ minister, Membership Minister, Leader of Women’s discipleship and now as Director of Small Groups.  One thing is for sure, Sheryl won’t hesitate to share with you the amazing ways that God has encouraged her and grown her in her spiritual journey through her Small Group experiences.  In addition to spending time with their six grown children and five grandchildren who live in various states, she enjoys traveling to other countries and seeing God’s magnificent creation.


David Hanson, Student Pastor

David Hanson is a Texas native, born and raised in Amarillo. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University and received his Master of Divinity from Baylor’s Truett Seminary. He and his wife Ashley have a daughter, Ava. David has been working in youth ministry for over six years and has a passion to see students know, love, and worship Jesus. David enjoys spending time with his wife and friends, watching Red Raider Football, and beating everyone in table tennis (ping pong).


Cate Rader, Communications Director

Cate was born and raised in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania until relocating to Plano in 1995. She worked at Pizza Hut, Inc at corporate headquarters as an instructional designer, in charge of new product training for the U.S. She then did consulting in order to spend more time at home. She and her husband Jeff have two teenage sons. In her spare time Cate enjoys singing on the worship team and traveling to Costa Rica for missions work.



Kim McCaslin, Interim Children’s Minister

Kim grew up in a small town in the West Virginia & in Merritt Island, Florida.  Kim and her husband, Ty live in Lucas and they have three sons and one daughter; Connor, Tyler, Ryan and Avery.  Kim has been a member of LifePoint since 1999, and on staff since 2000.  Kim has served in Membership and Student Ministry’s prior to her current position in LifePoint Kids.  She attended University of Central Florida and majored in Early Childhood Development.  Kim loves to see God’s purpose fulfilled through effective leadership and genuine caring of those who serve beside her.  In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, traveling, technology & playing games.
